Admission is open to all children from birth to five years old, regardless of race, gender, color, religion, political persuasion, national origin, handicap, ancestry, or sexual orientation.
Please note there is priority enrollment for children of employees whose companies are tenants of Metro Park. If there are no openings available, we would be happy to add your name to our waiting list.
Come for a Tour
Parents who are interested in enrolling their child at our daycare center are welcome to stop by anytime for a tour. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please mail the completed Enrollment Application with the $50 enrollment fee to:

When we receive the application and the $50 fee, we will either send confirmation of your child’s enrollment and a contract if a space is available or ask if you would like to be registered on our wait list. After a successful enrollment, families will need to carefully complete each of the forms listed below and become familiar with our policies before your child's first day of attendance.
Complete Child Care Enrollment Forms
These forms must be completed, signed, and submitted to Lily Pad prior to the child’s first day. Without the proper forms on file, we cannot accept your little one for our daycare center. You will need Acrobat Reader software to view and print these portable document format (PDF) files:
In the event that some of these forms need updating, we will allow 1 extra week to submit the paperwork after the submission of the Enrollment Application. Thanks for your understanding.
